This beautiful coffee from the Hambela region of Guji in Ethiopia is an absolute knockout. The soils in the southern and western parts of the coffee-growing regions of Ethiopia are volcanic.

Tirra Estate is owned by Coopetarrazu and was purchased to conduct coffee research and microlot production. More than 60 percent of the 100ha farm is dedicated to coffee production. The Tarrazu region is a rural community noted throughout the world for its traditional values and leadership is growing fine coffees. It is one the world's most famous regions for coffee cultivation.
Nicaraguan
The higher altitudes and lower temperatures produce a slower maturing fruit and a harder, denser bean, and are thus more desirable. Nicaragua has long been known as an excellent coffee growing region. It has varied coffee growing regions, but most are quite high in elevation, producing an excellent cup.
