All orders placed on business days are processed, roasted & dispatched within 3 working days, we always roast to order to ensure the best quality and a fresh product
Domestic
We ship standard parcels via Sendle to all metro areas, for regional not classified as metro, customers shipments will be via either Sendle or Australia Post which means we can ship to your home or office. You can find more information on Sendle services here.
Unfortunately at this time thoselittlevoices do not deliver to PO Boxes as standard. If you wish your order to be delivered to an Australian PO Box please send email to contactus@thoselittlevoices.com.au, with the following information

Our International shipping is via Sendle are currently a flat-rate, delivery times depend on your location.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
COFFEE PRODUCT RETURNS
At thoselittlevoices we have strict quality control systems which sees us record information on every roast everyday. All coffee must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched or sold through our network of distributors and or resellers.
Because of this, we do not except returns on coffee products. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please get in touch with us at contactus@thoselittlevoices.com.au
MERCHANDISE & EQUIPMENT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All merchandise, apparel, and/or coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please get in touch with us at contactus@thoselittlevoices.com.au with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return.
All goods must be returned to those little voices within 14 days.
Please note:
We will not cover the return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.
